Mountaintop Solutions ("Mountaintop," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, where it is routed, and how you can request its deletion.

When you submit the technology assessment form, we collect the information you provide:

  • Your name
  • Your company name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • The description of your technology challenge or goal

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your request, follow up about your technology needs, and provide the services you ask about. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where your information is routed

To handle your request, your information is shared with the following service providers:

  • CapsuleCRM: assessment form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system so we can manage and follow up on your request.
  • Resend: we use an email service to notify our team that you submitted a request.
  • Google Appointment Scheduling: if you book a call directly, your booking details are handled by Google's scheduling service and added to our calendar.

Each provider processes your information only to deliver its part of this service.

Analytics and cookies

We use analytics tools to understand how visitors find and use this website so we can improve it:

  • Google Analytics: sets cookies to measure traffic, the pages you view, and how visitors arrive at the site. We use this only to understand site usage and measure how well the site connects people with our services.
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics: measures aggregate traffic and site performance without using cookies and without tracking you across other websites.

We do not sell analytics data or use it for advertising. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or a browser extension.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your information for as long as needed to follow up on your request and maintain our business records. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing thomas@mountaintopsc.com. We will respond to your request promptly.
